 | Leanne C. McGrory, partner, received her B.A. degree in conjunction with the Honors Program at the University of Delaware and her J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. She is a former law clerk to the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Ms. McGrory’s practice focuses on matters of corporate and special entity law including entity formation, corporate governance and the preparation of transactional legal documents for passive investment companies, REITs and various other special purpose entities. Ms. McGrory counts numerous Fortune 500 companies among those she counsels on such matters, as well as on state tax audit defense. |
 | Keith R. Sattesahn, partner, received his B.S. degree from Juniata College and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law (where he was a member of the Temple University Law Quarterly). Mr. Sattesahn concentrates his practice in the areas of complex corporate restructurings, corporate governance and alternative entity law as well as Information Technology and Intellectual Property law. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. |

Anthony Shippam, partner, received his B.A. degree from American University’s School of International Service, his M.B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology and his J.D. from Widener University’s Delaware School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Shippam is also a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Mr. Shippam is also a principal of Stewart Management Company. Mr. Shippam is not admitted to practice law in Delaware. |
