Business Development
 | James J. Tullis, director of business development, received his B.S. degree from Widener University. He is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing and business development initiatives. Jim has over 25 years of professional and financial services experience including nearly 20 years facilitating the implementation of complex corporate structures and financial arrangements including passive investment companies, captive insurance companies, and structured finance facilities. Jim is a member of the Delaware State Chamber Subcommittee on Holding Companies, The Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group, and a past member of the Delaware Governor's Working Group on Captive Insurance Reform. |
